May be required Position Introduction Fitness and Recreation strive to help all student employees develop their career readiness upon graduation. Student Employees are applying academic learning by developing workforce competencies, per The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) guidelines. The Facility Attendant is responsible for monitoring the facility floor of the Sarkeys Fitness Center during operational hours. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, addressing member concerns, ensuring policies are followed, cleaning duties and responding to emergency situations. Facility Attendants may cross-train in other divisions of Fitness and Recreation to work shifts as needed, secondary to meeting the needs of the Facility and any other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status. Required Certifications and Licenses Selected applicants will be required to become CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
