Job Duties:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Coordinate and plan engaging activities for residents Build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, and care partners Maintain a professional demeanor while facilitating activities as scheduled on a calendar Assist with scheduling and coordinating transportation services for off-site activities Promote resident's attendance at events and activities Assist with planning and implementing events and activities.
Computer literacy is necessary:
MS Office Suite, flyers and newsletter publication May be required to operate company vehicles and provide transportation to our residents
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or over with clean driving record Must be willing to be on call in case a resident would need transported
