The Role As a Fitness Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting members on their wellness journeys by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness environment. You will serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource, helping members navigate fitness equipment, programming, and services while ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.

Monday through
Friday Hours:
1:00 PM to 9:30 PM What You'll Do Provide assistance to members with fitness-related questions, including general fitness, group fitness, and personal training Support members with spotting, equipment use, and connecting them to appropriate departments or services Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness spaces, including completing regular cleaning tasks Open and close fitness areas, ensuring proper setup of equipment, towels, and supplies Collaborate with team members to create a premier member experience Develop expertise across fitness areas, programs, and services Utilize problem-solving skills to improve department performance and operations Assist the Fitness & Performance Manager in evaluating equipment, spaces, and programming Act as a first responder during medical emergencies and support the Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed Complete daily operational tasks and contribute to a culture of accountability and teamwork Attend required trainings, in-services, and team meetings Share suggestions for process improvements and efficiencies Take accountability for incident reporting when applicable Perform additional duties as assigned What You'll Bring Minimum age of 16 years CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and sound decision-making ability Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and members Physical ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
