Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, supportive living environment for residents. Supervise staff and provide guidance on best practices in caregiving. Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and implement appropriate care plans. Coordinate communication between residents, families, and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of incidents and care activities. Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies. Act as a role model for staff and residents, promoting a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or human services setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care management. Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to enhancing quality of life. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
