MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management/Sports Management or equivalent experience in a related field. Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police and FBI clearance; First Aid and CPR certified. Bilingual a plus; ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds, ability to move 80-pound portable baskets and set up soccer goals.

GENERAL DEFINITION

General recreational work; supervising, planning, organizing, coordinating, marketing and promoting municipal recreational program activities. Work hours vary; nights and weekends required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with large or small groups of children. Work is performed under the supervision of the Supervisor of the Recreation Division.
