Aug 1, 2026 Job Description Weight Room & Fitness Coordinator position available beginning with the fall athletic season of the 2026-2027 school year. Roles and Responsibilities Devise sports-specific training plans Supervises training sessions in the weight room/fitness center Evaluates athletes' progress Provides injury prevention guidance Experience preferred: Certified Personal Trainer Strength and Conditioning Coaching Experience Schedule 1 Coordinator position available for each season (4 total positions) 4 Days per week 3:00-5:00pm (Morning sessions scheduled by appointment) Supplemental pay for position begins at $2,760 for the season (4 seasons per school year) For more information about the position, please contact Dennis Stanton, Athletic Director, Souderton Area High School at (215) 723-7630 or dstanton@soudertonsd.org. Selected candidate must submit Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances upon hire (must be dated less than 1-year old).
