Fitness Coordinator: Group Fitness

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Wellness Center is hiring a Fitness Coordinator

• Part Time Rotating schedule Responsible for oversight of facility's fitness programing and services.

Coordinates operations and programs to align with the mission, values, goals and objectives of the site as a medical fitness center, including the unique needs of our membership. Provides day-to-day guidance and feedback to fitness staff and leadership related to delivery of safe and high-quality programs and services. Conducts personal training and/or other training to individual members or in group sessions. Education Bachelor's Degree

• Physical Sciences (Strongly Preferred) Certification/Licensure Basic Life Support (BLS)
• American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
• within 90 days of hire (Required) Current certification in group fitness or personal training (Required) Experience Related experience
• 3 years (Required) Talroo
• Allied Health, fitness, training, health, wellness
