The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care and creating engaging activities to promote overall well-being. Experience is a plus Engaging with Dementia residents, ensuring they are happy and safe while following our Activity calendar. Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities for residents Assist in coordinating events, outings, and social gatherings Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Collab with staff to ensure activities meet individual needs Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
