Activities Assistant North Providence, RI Job Details Part-time $16 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Alzheimer's care Record keeping Nursing home experience Assisted living Event coordination Working with geriatric patients Wellness activities for care recipients Progress documentation Life enrichment experience in hospitals Entry level Full Job Description The Activities Assistant will join our Activities Department team and work under the Activities Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care and creating engaging activities to promote overall well-being. Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities for residents Assist in coordinating events, outings, and social gatherings Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Collab with staff to ensure activities meet individual needs Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
