Competitive pay:

Working alongside the Activities Director, you will help develop and implement programs that support residents' physical, emotional, social, and psychosocial well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist the Activities Director in planning and conducting individual, small-group, and large-group activities Encourage resident participation in games, crafts, music, exercise, social events, and community outings Help create a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes quality of life Assist with the development and implementation of monthly activity calendars Maintain activity attendance records and documentation Support resident assessments and activity care plans Provide one-on-one and in-room activities for residents who are unable to attend group events Assist with special events, holiday celebrations, and family activities Transport or escort residents to activities as needed Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Activities Department Support facility policies, regulatory requirements, and resident-centered care initiatives Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required One year of experience in a long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or activities setting preferred Experience working with seniors is a plus Apply Today Join Cherrydale Post Acute and become part of a team that's committed to creating a vibrant, engaging environment for our residents.
