Zipline Guide Full-Time | On-Site Overview Do you love the outdoors and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences for others? We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Zipline Guides . In this role, you'll lead guests through exciting zipline adventures while ensuring every participant has a fun, safe, and memorable experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, encouraging others, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Lead guests safely through each zipline tour while maintaining the highest safety standards Conduct thorough safety briefings and clearly explain all zipline procedures and equipment Properly fit guests with harnesses, helmets, and other required safety gear Demonstrate correct ziplining techniques and provide encouragement throughout the tour Monitor guests throughout the course to ensure compliance with all safety procedures Perform routine inspections of harnesses, helmets, trolleys, and other equipment before and after tours Assist guests with climbing platforms, launching, landing, and exiting each zipline safely Communicate effectively with fellow guides to ensure smooth and efficient tour operations Keep tour areas, equipment, and staging locations clean, organized, and ready for guests Answer guest questions and provide information about the ranch and surrounding area Respond calmly and professionally to unexpected situations while following established emergency procedures Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout every tour Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work at heights and perform physically active tasks throughout the day Able to lift, carry, and properly fit safety equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous experience in ziplining, outdoor recreation, guiding, climbing, ropes courses, or adventure tourism preferred (training provided)
