Human Resources Dept. Summary An effective Youth Activity Aide assists the Recreational Coordinator with designing and developing a recreation program. The recreation program must consist of leisure and acculturation activities for UC. The Assistant Recreation Coordinator will assist the Recreation Coordinator in developing a monthly calendar of activities and programs all outings. Additionally, the assistant Recreational Coordinator will help implement, and supervise, the daily leisure and recreational activities provided at the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Uphold recreational policies and requirements. Integrate the common core government guidelines into each recreational activity. Create benchmarks for program success and track progress towards those goals. Develop programs that improve staff performance that results in student and organizational success. Provide guidance to the organization's department leaders and cooperate with those leaders to make the center a better place. Respond immediately to concerns from students, school administrators or facilities managers. Other duties may be assigned.
