JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in fitness & coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is a huge plus! Will train the right candidates Experience talking to and educating parents on how their child did at camp or willingness to learn to do so is a must! CPR and first aid certified Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Self-starter that just gets a job done We're looking for great coaches and youth instructors in the Austin and Travis County Area.

Part-time Salary:

$15-17hr (based on experience and availability/consistency of schedule)

Schedule:

7 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Austin, TX 78748: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location:

Qualifications:

• Fitness and coaching experience with KidStrong's age group is beneficial. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Experience in parent communication regarding child's progress, or willingness to learn, is required.
• CPR and first aid certification
• Strong interpersonal communication, motivational, and positive skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic We're searching for exceptional coaches and youth instructors in the Austin and Travis County region.
