Part-time Camp Staff We Call Our Educators:

Floresville Area Schools Educator Pay Rate:
$13-$15 (based on education and experience)Program Hours:
Select Fridays Only. This role has a possible option to work summer camp program and work into the fall 26-27 school year. ;Schedule :
No School Days on select Fridays (see below)- 7:00 am-1:00 pm. The schedule is subject to change based on the company's needs and enrollment. ;No School Camp Fridays:
Oct. 10th, 17th, 24th,and 31st Nov. 7th, 14th, and 21st Dec. 5th and 12th March 20th and 27th, ; April 10th, 17th, and 21st May 1st ,8th, 15th, and 22nd You'll drive the mission by:Daily Program Meetings:
Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities :
Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program's objectives. Organize and lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum; that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages. Leading byExample:
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. You will achieve this by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.Prioritize Safety and Joy:
Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. These may include documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.Communication:
Effective communication with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel. Ideal Candidates will have the following: Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills Works well in a team environment At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age ; Ability to lift 25lbs Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living Flexibility to support additional local programs as neededRequirements:
Ability to meet state-specific requirements; At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age ; First Aid and CPR-in-person Cleared tuberculosis test Proof of MMR 18+ years of age Proof of High School diploma/GED required Benefits Offered withRight At School:
