Your Impact as an Activity Assistant As an Activity Assistant, you'll enrich our residents' lives daily by:
Leading Engagement Activities :
Planning, organizing, and facilitating group events, one-on-one sessions, and special celebrations.
Building Connections :
Encouraging participation and forming meaningful relationships to ensure residents feel valued.
Ensuring Safety & Comfort :
Assisting residents to and from activities while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
Documenting & Assessing :
Tracking activity participation, recording progress, and conducting assessments to meet state and federal guidelines. Collaborating with the

Supporting residents and teammates by stepping in wherever needed. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who: Holds a high school diploma (certification required by state regulations). Brings energy, creativity, and excellent communication skills to the team. Has a genuine passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals.
