Hi-Five Sports - Program Supervisor Lead. Inspire. Make an Impact Through Sports. Hi-Five Sports is looking for a high-energy, dependable, and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our youth sports programs and coaching staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with kids, and is passionate about developing both athletes and coaches. Position Overview The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of our youth sports programs, managing coaches, ensuring high-quality instruction, and delivering an exceptional experience for families and participants. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead coaches during practices, classes, leagues, and events Ensure all programs run on time, safely, and at a high standard Train, mentor, and evaluate coaching staff Step in to coach or assist when needed Communicate with parents and handle questions or concerns professionally Assist with program setup, breakdown, and equipment management Maintain a positive, energetic, and structured environment for kids Enforce company policies and uphold Hi-Five Sports standards Support special events, leagues, and seasonal programs Qualifications Previous experience in coaching, supervising, or managing staff (youth sports preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple programs and staff at once High energy, positive attitude, and reliability is a must Comfortable working evenings and weekends Passion for working with children ages 2-12 Background in sports (basketball, soccer, multi-sport, etc.) preferred What We're Looking For A leader who sets the tone and holds coaches accountable Someone who can think on their feet and solve problems quickly A team player who leads by example Organized, dependable, and professional Job Type Part-time / Full-time (based on availability) Schedule Weeknights and weekends required Pay Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Why Hi-Five Sports?
