This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in sports and physical education, as well as experience working with students and children. The Sporting assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting our game day and sport league operations. Duties Assist with set up and breakdown at our sporting venue Provide expert advice on various sports Maintain a clean and organized venue space, ensuring that all equipment is displayed properly. Engage with customers to promote our league and encourage positive participation in all sports. Collaborate with team members to achieve league goals and improve overall customer satisfaction. Utilize behavior management skills to assist customers effectively, particularly when working with children or students. Qualifications Previous experience in lifeguarding, sports coaching, or teaching physical education is preferred. Strong knowledge of various sports Experience working with students or children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers of all ages. A passion for promoting health and fitness through sports and physical activities.
