They are the first contact for our patrons and set the tone for their experience. Qualities we are looking for include above and beyond customer service, professionalism, knowledge of the City of Plano, excellent phone skills, outstanding communication skills, and accurate typing and computer skills. Employees must also have the ability to set up and take down open play activities, move rooms for scheduled classes and rentals, organizational skills, attention to detail, strong cleaning abilities, and greeting each patron with a welcoming smile as they enter and exit the facility.
