Job Details The City of Plano is looking for an energetic, customer-focused leader to join our Parks and Recreation team as an Aquatic Supervisor! This exciting leadership opportunity oversees operations at Jack Carter Pool during the summer and Plano Aquatic Center during the off-season while helping shape the future of aquatic safety and operations across the City's aquatic facilities. We're seeking a highly motivated professional with a commitment to aquatic safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll oversee daily facility operations, coordinate programs and special events, manage budgets, implement policies and procedures, and support the successful operation of two premier aquatic facilities. You'll also lead department-wide aquatic safety initiatives by coordinating lifeguard and safety certifications, developing community water safety education programs, conducting operational and safety audits, reviewing incidents, improving emergency procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
