Job Description
Become a part of our caring community The Activity Coordination Assistant ensures the daily operations of the Wellness Center meets participant needs. The Activity Coordination Assistant performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. The Activity Coordination Assistant schedules the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes/events. Plans, promotes and coordinates programs to provide members with a variety fitness activities. Responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, reviewing new patient registration, and entering new patient information into the computer system at an outpatient care site. You will report onsite, to the Clinic Administrator at 9727 Poteet Jourdanton Freeway, Suite 108, San Antonio, TX 78211 Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications You will have a minimum of 1 year in a previous administrative role You will have a valid driver license and dependable transportation necessary You will have experience in a patient facing role involving structured and planned activities Preferred Qualifications You will have a Bachelor's Degree in a Health related field You will have previous work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population You will have experience in Community health outreach programs You will have nutrition knowledge You will have 2 years as a Personal Trainer and/or performing wellness and recreational activities Additional Information This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
