Richmond, VA Area Compensation:

Up to $20 per program (typically 1 hour) (3-6 programs per week) Are you ready to have a ton of fun and make someone's day?! Abundant Days is seeking energetic, engaging, and highly positive individuals to join our team as Day Makers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with older adults, thrives in interactive environments, and brings warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism to group settings. Day Makers assist with therapeutic enrichment programs in assisted living and memory care communities throughout the Richmond area. Programs may include music and movement, creative experiences, instrument-based activities, and other multi-sensory sessions. Each program typically lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and is conducted in partnership with another team member. Requirements for This Position Physical Requirements This is an active, movement-based role.

Candidates must be comfortable:

Standing and moving throughout programs Demonstrating movement and dance activities Transporting and setting up program materials Maintaining consistent energy and enthusiasm Working in a fast-paced environmen Emotional & Interpersonal Requirements This role requires strong presence and positive social engagement.
