We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Youth Manager (Babysitting) to bring energy, creativity, and leadership to our team at The Country Club of Virginia. Responsibilities include leading staffing, scheduling, and supervision of Babysitting personnel and ensuring the Play Center runs smoothly and safely. This role is highly hands-on, with much of your time spent communicating warmly with parents and interacting directly with children through care, comfort, and games. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the team on other youth activities, including birthday parties and themed events. Previous experience working with children is required. Schedule This is a full-time, benefitted role requiring approximately 40 hrs/week, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Compensation and Benefits Compensation based on experience; benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, fully paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution and match, and free employee meals while working.
