Overview As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Manager. You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of previous recreation experience. Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a hosptiality or resort enivornment preferred. Ability to provide legible communication and directions. Excellent organization and time management skills. The ability to work well in a team; adaptable and flexible.
