DOG LOVING EMPLOYEES NEEDED!
(Kingston, WA) We are searching for 2 attentive, doting & empathetic Pup Camp Coordinators to oversee the well-being of the pups in our care. The Pup Camp Coordinator's responsibilities include enrichment focused interaction, adhering to policies to keep every pup safe, kindness, cleaning, & feeding/administering meds (if needed). We do cater to rescues! We love all dogs but we often do take on the more reactive and less social loves in this world. So patience and compassion is key! Must be a self-starter, active, willing to work alone with the pups, intuitive, attention to DETAIL (we have many pups with allergies for example), and extremely positive no matter the circumstances. Shift is 8 hours and must be willing to work one weekend day. Runner Responsibilities Assist with the intake & pick-up of dogs during drop-off & pick-up times. Clean and reset suites between guest stays to maintain a high standard of cleanliness & comfort. As well as quick cleans for current guests. Laundry Wash & sanitize dishes, toys, & enrichment tools, including preparing & filling Kongs. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor play yards, including sanitizing, deodorizing, removing hair & rocks, & raking mulch & gravel, poop walks, & assessing damage and weak spots. Refill & maintain cleaning supplies and disinfectant solutions in designated areas. Charge, clean, & organize grooming tools for grooming staff use. Conduct regular dusting & participate in deep cleaning projects throughout the facility. Follow all safety & sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for pets and staff. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of care & efficiency

haha Accompanying pups on walks/hikes, if required. Comforting pups who are showing symptoms of anxiety or stress. Oversee play groups and keep everyone safe and happy. Must be flexible and able to go with the flow because things change constantly. :) Use a software platform to check in and out clients, put together play groups, and annotate pup report cards.
Pup Camp Coordinator Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience caring for animals. Vet technician experience is a BONUS! Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Possess creative approaches to working with pups and keeping them engaged. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate positively

Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds unaided. Willingness to work outside and get muddy! We provide winter gear to keep you comfortable.
