We're hiring a Part-Time Activities Assistant with availability to work at least one weekend day on a consistent schedule. Schedule Part-time, averaging 16 hours per week Must be available to work at least one weekend day PayBenefits $21.30 - $22.00 per hour Pay is based on relevant experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar settings What You'll Do In this role, you'll support the Activities Director in delivering programs that enhance residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities tailored to resident interests Adapt activities to meet varying cognitive and physical abilities Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents Help maintain a clean, organized activity space and supplies Stay flexible-adjust plans as needed to meet changing needs throughout the day What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience in activities, recreation, event planning, or caregiving (professional or volunteer) preferred Ability to stay organized, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team Reliable transportation Willingness to obtain a King County Food Handler Permit within 2 weeks of hire Ability to assist with light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs., mobility support, standing/walking for extended periods) Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) A genuine interest in working with older adults Why Join Cascades at Saint Anne?
