- We are seeking an enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our team and enhance the quality of life for our senior residents in adult family homes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing engaging and meaningful activities that promote social interaction, physical well-being, and mental stimulation.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a diverse range of activities to cater to the interests and abilities of senior residents in each adult home.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual resident needs and preferences
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Requirements
- Strong organizational skills for schedule management and activity planning
- Ability to adapt activities for residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with seniors
