The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing engaging and meaningful activities that promote social interaction, physical well-being, and mental stimulation.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a diverse range of activities to cater to the interests and abilities of senior residents in each adult home.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual resident needs and preferences
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Requirements
- Strong organizational skills for schedule management and activity planning
- Ability to adapt activities for residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with seniors
