This role is responsible for the daily operations, staffing, training, and growth of our aquatics programming — including group swim lessons, private lessons, and lifeguard services — while maintaining a safe, high-quality experience for members and families. At Elite Sports Clubs, we bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across four Milwaukee-area locations.
