Full Job Description Work Schedule :
100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, Occasional weekend coverage. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to: Provide team-based leadership for occupational and physical therapy staff. Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts. Develop and manage the therapy team's programs, procedures, and protocols. Provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist.
