Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for residents Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents Support group and one-on-one activities (games, crafts, music, outings, etc.) Assist with community events and holiday celebrations Maintain activity calendars and documentation Collaborate with team members to meet residents' social and emotional needs Qualifications Experience in activities, recreation, caregiving, or senior services preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and organizational skills Creative mindset with a passion for working with seniors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
