Now Hiring:
Camp Counselors (Dog Lovers Wanted!) Do you dream of spending your day surrounded by wagging tails, sloppy kisses, and playful pups? At Camp Bow Wow, our Camp Counselors are the heart of the action—like lifeguards for our furry guests! You'll help keep the play safe and fun while building lasting bonds with our Campers.
What You'll Do:
Welcome new dogs to Camp with a behavior evaluation (aka "interview") to ensure they're a good fit for our playgroups. Supervise off-leash play yards with pups of all shapes and sizes. Keep a close eye on dog behavior to help unwanted behaviors and keep tails wagging. Tune into doggy body language and vocal cues to support safe and happy interactions. Perform daily wellness checks on our four-legged friends. Clean and maintain a safe, tidy, and fun environment—including yards, cabins, and common areas. Pamper pups with basic grooming tasks like baths and brush outs. Help with feeding and plenty of TLC to keep our Campers happy and healthy. Help assist our front desk team with check-ins, chatting about our fun weekly pup activities, and answering general customer questions with a friendly attitude. Complete Pet First Aid and Doggie CPR within 90 days of hire—we'll help you get certified! Bring positive vibes and great customer service every day.
Who We're Looking For:
You're 18+ and love working with animals. You're dependable, observant, and bring good energy to the team. Experience in customer service or working with dogs is a big plus—but a love for pups is a must! You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves—cleaning is a big part of the job. You're flexible and able to work weekends and holidays. You can handle physical work, lift 50 lbs, and be on your feet most of the day.
