Join Our Team as a Reservation Agent! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Reservation Agent at our hotels located in the heart of Healdsburg, CA. Why Join Us? Competitive hourly pay of $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Potential monthly bonus opportunities Dynamic and supportive hospitality environment Seasonal position through November with the possibility of returning in March for the next season Job Summary As a Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting guests with their reservations, ensuring they have a pleasurable and informative experience. Your responsibilities will include managing hotel bookings and providing exceptional customer service. Schedule Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Day Shift Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding the property, rates, specials, and amenities Direct appropriate requests to the concierge team Booking Management Accurately book reservations and enter all required guest information into the reservation system Policy Communication Clearly communicate hotel policies, including cancellation policies, check-in, and check-out times Email and Correspondence Promptly respond to email inquiries, phone messages, and guest correspondence Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and other important information Inventory Management Properly log and inventory guest lost-and-found items Contact guests and coordinate shipping of recovered items when requested Upselling Promote spa and restaurant reservations during the booking process Daily Reporting Complete end-of-day cashier reports accurately Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required Two years of customer service experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Language Skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Mathematical Skills Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages Computer Skills Basic knowledge of Property Management Systems (such as Opera) preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods Frequent use of hands for repetitive motions Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to problem-solve and work independently Professional demeanor and reliability Consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to maintain confidentiality Work Environment Quiet to moderate noise level Professional office environment Ready to Apply?
