Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, organized and highly motivated individual to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting travelers in arranging their perfect Japan trip for them and answering their questions. This is a full-time position at our Ontario office and is NOT a remote position. The position comes with a 3-month probation period.
Office Hours:
8:30AM to 5:30PM (1 hour lunch) - Overtime As Needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer service (email & phone). Process orders, keep records of customer interactions, file documents. Handle customer requests and provide sales support. Skills /
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask. Positive attitude, self-motivated, with a team player mentality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to Speak, Write, and Read Japanese is Preferred, but not required
