International Bus Lines is actively recruiting 2 Full-Time Ticket Agents to serve our customers at the Cross Border Xpress (CBX) and San Ysidro terminal locations. Duties for a Ticket Agent include: Ticket/Freight Sales Assists customers withLuggage and Freight Position Requirements:
Excellent Communication and Customer service skills Ability to perform basic mathematics Ability to work without close supervision Cash handling and credit card transaction experience is helpful Excellent team-oriented, interpersonal skills Multi-tasker, flexible to changing priorities Ability to work under pressurePhysical Requirements:
Visual and audio acuity Ability to communicate - English & Spanish preferred Mobility and dexterity to the extent necessary to perform the duties listed above. Talking and listening Sitting, walking, standing, reaching and grasping, pushing and pulling. Use and exposure to hazardous materials or chemicals Lifting frequency for luggage handling is light to heavy including luggage between 50 - 100 lbs.Apply:
