Job Description
Responsible for working with and educating Christie Lodge owners on the benefits of their timeshare week or weeks so they receive the highest possible value for what they own. Processing future reservations for Christie Lodge Owners and Rental guests in a friendly, efficient, informative and professional manner. Complete the following duties that have been assigned to each agent in a timely and accurate manner. Interval International RCI Other Exchange Companies (VBCR) Vail and Beaver Creek Reservations. Any other Extranets Voicemail - for assigned times. E-mails Expedia / Booking.com Process Advance Deposits Misc. Fax & Mail Send out Rental Contracts. Sending out confirmations High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience/Knowledge 6 months or more of prior resort hotel Reservations experience is preferred and/or equivalent guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment of a similar size preferred. Must have proven guest service experience and understand the importance of the highest quality of service. Fluency in English (verbal, written and reading) is required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Some weekends and holidays may be required depending on the season.
