Core Essential Functions Answer reservation calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally. Process new reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately. Provide guests with information about rooms, rates, amenities, and hotel services. Promote room upgrades and special offers when appropriate. Coordinate guest requests with hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay. Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles. Resolve reservation-related guest concerns promptly and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned.
