As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting them with booking their dream vacation at Casa Ybel Resort. You will work closely with our resort service team to ensure all reservations are handled efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:

Book reservations for guests through phone, email, and online channels Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are met Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information Assist with upselling upgrades and additional amenities

Qualifications:
