LOOKING TO HIRE A PART TIME RESERVATION AGENT FOR A CAR RENTAL COMPANY. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED, AS YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, SOCIAL SECURITY, AND BASIC CUSTOMER SKILLS. SEND US YOUR RESUME AS WE WILL SET A DATE AND TIME FOR AN INTERVIEW. SALARY WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW.

WhatsApp is the primary communication between the team; members must be attentive to their phones to communicate between wash bay and front desk. Responsibilities

• Build rental contracts
• Take payment
• Answer phone calls
• File and organize contracts
• Perform walk-arounds with the customer to mark all damages on the car if needed
• Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations for reservations, as needed
• Managing inventory of cars
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Consistently communicate with team through WhatsApp
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
