Reservations Sales Agent | The Parrish Collection Koloa | Full-Time The Parrish Collection, one of Hawaii's premier vacation rental management companies, is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and sales-driven Reservations Sales Agent to join our team on Kauai. With a distinguished portfolio of vacation homes, luxury residences, and resort condominiums, The Parrish Collection is known for exceptional accommodations, personalized service, and a loyal following of returning guests. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with people, has a natural ability to sell, and takes pride in helping guests plan memorable Hawaii vacations.

Responsibilities include:

Respond to guest inquiries by telephone, email, and online channels with professionalism, enthusiasm, and efficiency. Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and thoughtful follow-up. Assist guests in selecting accommodations that best meet their needs, preferences, and budgets. Develop a thorough understanding of our vacation rental portfolio, resort locations, amenities, and services. Proactively follow up on prospective reservations and maximize booking opportunities. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining our high standards of guest service. Accurately process reservations and maintain detailed guest records in our reservation management system. Work collaboratively with our Reservations, Guest Services, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including polished telephone etiquette. A friendly, confident, outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for sales and hospitality. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn reservation software and other technology platforms. Previous telephone sales, reservations, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of Kauai, its resorts, beaches, and attractions is highly desirable. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
