Reminiscent of the grand Parisian hotels of the 1920s, this luxury hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, 2 bars, and in-room dining. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members Secure individual bookings: Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations Maintain attention to detail: Record and process all reservations with accuracy Use proactive selling techniques: Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades Support sales efforts: Respond to individual sales inquiries, provide information on hotel accommodations and services, and identify opportunities to convert inquiries into future business
