Job Description

We're an established luxury limousine and party bus transportation company serving the Chicagoland area since 2009. We are currently hiring a full-time, bilingual Reservations Agent .
Compensation:
Hourly Pay + Commission We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This position offers a competitive hourly wage in addition to commission-based earnings, providing strong income potential for high performers. Requirements Fluent English required , plus one additional language : Polish or Spanish Ability to handle a multi-line phone system Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word Energetic, self-motivated, organized, and professional with excellent communication skills Responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers with reservations Take and confirm bookings; enter reservation details accurately Follow up with potential clients and respond to inquiries Reception and general office support (filing, typing, mailing) Assist with dispatching vehicles Post and assist with tasks on social media Why Work With Us Friendly team, supportive environment, and a great place to work.
