Job Description
Looking to earn some extra money this summer? New England Dragway is hiring Ticketing Associates for a special event on Friday, July 11. This is a simple, customer-facing position helping guests enter the facility and enjoy the event. Shift Friday, July 11 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Responsibilities Sell and/or scan tickets Welcome guests at admission gates Answer basic questions and provide directions Assist with guest entry and admission operations Provide friendly customer service Qualifications Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional attitude Basic computer skills Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment No prior experience is required. We use an easy-to-learn ticketing system and training will be provided before the event starts. This position is perfect for someone looking to pick up a few extra hours, gain event experience, or earn additional income in a fun, fast-paced environment!
