Islandwide Permanent Junior Executive 2 years exp Hospitality $3,000to$3,300 Monthly 0 applicationPosted 01 Jul 2026Closing on 15 Jul 2026 Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an International Reservation Sales Agent to join the Aven Hospitality reservations team, where service excellence supports hotels and guests across global markets. This team helps guests make, change and manage hotel reservations with clarity, care and confidence. As an International Reservation Sales Agent, you will support Japanese-speaking guests with hotel bookings and related inquiries in both English and Japanese. You will deliver prompt, accurate and courteous service in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role suits someone who stays calm under pressure, pays attention to detail and takes pride in helping guests resolve issues smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and assist guests with hotel reservations, changes and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate information on hotel offerings, policies and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest issues and special requests with care and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management and contact center systems.
  • Support service quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction goals through consistent execution. Preferred qualifications and education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience inhospitality, contact center or customer service roles.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese due to the guest profiles, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus with a positive, practical and solution-oriented approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service certification is preferred. Work Conditions
  • Scheduled work hours are from 8a.m. to 5 p.m. across a 5-day work week.
  • Includes at least 1 working day on a weekend.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 3days in office each week.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required to support business needs.
