Our shoreside staff play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every passenger starts their trip on the right foot. The Role Rhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking Ticket Agents / Customer Service Representatives for our summer season (May - October) . These are full-time, seasonal positions based at our North Kingstown terminal. This is a great opportunity for high school and college students, or anyone looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role . As a front-line team member, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers—handling ticketing, answering questions, and helping ensure a smooth travel experience.
