Our Reservationists play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with reservations, providing excellent customer service and going above & beyond expectations for both our guests and HomeOwners. Auntie Belham's is one of the first nightly rental companies in Sevier County. We are known for our genuine hospitality and kindness. The majority of our team has been employed for 10+years. Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to: Reservations (all aspects: telephone, internet, check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, etc.) Assist customers with selecting the perfect property for their best vacation; answer all inquiries with accurate & detailed information Resolve Guests or HomeOwners issues quickly & graciously; contact all involved departments with accurate information & details Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with level head and composure Work with all departments to ensure all needs & requests of Guests & HomeOwners are completed with satisfaction. Assist any department when available Completing ALL responsibilities (no matter which department) accurately with patience, speed & precise detail Collaborate with other team members to optimize rentals and meet personally set goals

Experience :

Reservation Experience preferred but not required; we are looking for the RIGHT person to fill the position Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Excellent public speaking at all times Experience & enjoy working with the public and talking about area is a MUST The schedule will be 4 days on & 3 days off (not consecutive) after training. Then work days are 10-hour shifts with weekends. Our hours are Monday

• Saturday 9am
• 8pm and Sundays 9am
• 6pm, so it is day-shifts & mid-shifts since we close no later than 8pm.
