Hourly Position Type Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal Category Guest Services Apply Description Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation:
Hourly wage, adjusted based on experience.
Benefits:
Seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary:
The Central Reservations Agent works in an inbound, service-oriented contact/call center environment to book lodging accommodations, sell resort services (tickets, rentals, lessons, etc.), and provide resort information and guest service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills for future growth at Killington/Pico or within hospitality/sales.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Answer incoming calls and messages in a polite and professional manner Assist guests by providing information about the resort and our products/services Ensure reservations and purchases are entered into various systems accurately and free from errors Assist guests with accessing online accounts and making purchases through our eCommerce platforms Make outbound calls and/or send messages as needed to support sales initiatives or conduct customer service follow up tasks Use provided resources to ensure all information provided to guests is accurate Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Excellent general computer literacy and ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously required Hospitality, reservations, sales, or call center experience preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
