Duties Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms with professionalism and efficiency Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and resort services to prospective guests Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all inquiries Confirm reservations, modify bookings, and process cancellations accurately in the hotel management system Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless experience that exceeds expectations Maintain guest relations by addressing special requests, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized service Support night audit procedures when required to ensure financial accuracy and operational integrity Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and resort operations Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise Knowledge of phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and hotel procedures is essential Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
