Duties Sell tickets and passes accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring quick and friendly service. Manage guest entry by verifying tickets, handling cash transactions, and providing directions or information about upcoming events or attractions. Address guest inquiries with confidence, offering clear information about venue amenities, event schedules, and safety procedures. Assist with crowd control during busy times, ensuring smooth flow and safety for all visitors. Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere. Support event staff by coordinating guest arrivals and managing access points efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization at ticket booths and entry areas to uphold a welcoming environment. Experience Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within entertainment venues, resorts, theaters, or food service environments. Strong background in events management or working with large crowds enhances your ability to handle high-volume periods confidently. Conflict management skills to address guest concerns tactfully and effectively. Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems to ensure accurate transactions. Lifeguard experience or certifications are a plus, especially if working at resort or poolside venues. Familiarity with working with children or providing guest services in hospitality settings is highly desirable.
