Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to optimize food costs and minimize waste. Supervise daily shift operations, including POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, cash handling procedures, and ensuring smooth service flow. Implement staff training programs focused on food safety management, hospitality standards, team development, and operational procedures. Conduct regular performance evaluations, interview prospective team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining operational efficiency. Enforce compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and company policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Coordinate with kitchen management on food production, catering events, banquet services, or special promotions to enhance revenue streams. Develop budgets, manage expenses, and execute strategic initiatives that support the restaurant's financial goals. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Demonstrated success in supervising teams within casual dining or fine dining environments; experience with catering or banquet services is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills are essential. Prior experience managing inventory control, food safety programs, and profit/loss analysis is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
