Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on job duties and company standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices
- Proficiency with Shift4 POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
