Additional Information:
This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Blackstone Hotel Management, LLC . The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies and procedures. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints. Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, hire, and onboard new employees. Assist with budgeting and financial management, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability. Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Provide support to guests by addressing their needs and resolving any concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is recommended. Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse guests. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff members, and other departments. Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles. Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus.
